The reality is that being out of shape is merely a symptom of IMBALANCE in your life. Therefore, unlike all the rest of the health and fitness programs out there, the primary focus of H360 is to help you to RESTORE BALANCE. WHAT YOU CHEW

If there is one standalone practice that greatly influences your ability to get into your best shape, it’s what you chew. In-fact, your stomach is very much your second brain and greatly affects every other system in your body, including most importantly your immune system.

Unfortunately, very few of us really eat a healthy diet. And it’s a sad indictment of society when processed foods are considered the norm and whole foods become an alternative way of eating, or just another trend.

So, it is essential to watch What You Chew – this includes your diet and day-to-day eating habits. In-fact, a good diet can be the difference between just getting through the day, versus feeling energised and amazing.

Some of the important attributes of this key area that you should be doing include; avoiding processed foods whenever possible, eating lots of whole foods – especially fresh fruit and vegetables, looking after your gut health, staying organised in the kitchen by planning and preparing meals in advance, reducing toxins and much more.

 

 

WHAT YOU DO

The second key involves What You Do and includes doing all of the things you should and need to be ‘doing’, in order to achieve balance and get into your best shape.

Many of us spend much of our time doing things which deplete, instead of nourish us. And so, it is important to ensure that we are doing the things that will lead us closer to optimum health and wellbeing, as opposed to taking us further away.

Some of the important attributes of this key area that you should be doing include; setting and attaining regular goals, de-cluttering and simplifying your life, doing regular exercise, having a meditation practice, getting quality sleep, socializing and much more.

 

LIVING TRUE

The third and final key has to do mostly with your heart. This is the key which is far too often misunderstood and even neglected. However, it is also the same key which has the greatest overall influence on your ability to achieve balance and get into your best shape. Simply because by doing so, you can eliminate the vast majority of stress in your life. And that’s because it is the heart which has the power and capacity to heal and to transform the world and ourselves. The truth is that the balance that you seek in your life can only ever really be achieved by knowing and living true to who you really are (which affects everything you think, say and do).

And so, the most important thing about living true to yourself, is that is has a self-balancing effect on your whole entire life. If you have little self-awareness and/or don’t live true to yourself, then all of the things which you should be chewing and doing to maintain balance simply don’t happen. It’s the glue that sticks everything else together.

Some of the important attributes of this key area that you should be doing include; keeping your beliefs open, loving and being yourself, writing your own story – not someone else’s, living in the present instead of the past, taking responsibility for yourself and much more.

How do I go about mastering these 3 key areas?

The best way to master these 3 key areas and get into your best physical and mental shape, is by subscribing to my signature membership program called Holistic 360 (H360).

How does the H360 Membership Program work

So how does the H360 membership program work? Well, every 21 days, 3 different attributes in the way of modules are unlocked in your membership portal – one from WHAT YOU CHEW, one from WHAT YOU DO and one from LIVING TRUE. Your goal, is to choose one of these areas and focus on improving it to the best of your ability over the course of the next 21 days.

For example, let’s say that this time around, your choice options might be out of Plan and Prepare Meals from What You Chew, Exercise from What You Do and Challenge Beliefs from Living True. You might choose to focus on improving your Meal Prepping Routine.

Whilst others in the community might focus on either the same, or one of the other two attributes.

And so within the challenge, the first 7 days is really about understanding the importance of improving this area, and learning how best to go about doing so. You’ll be given a challenge based upon your current level of proficiency in this area, meaning it doesn’t matter if you’re an absolute beginner, or if you’re already a seasoned expert - there will always be a suitable challenge for you.

Whilst the next 7 days is all about putting knowledge into action and actually implementing what you’ve learnt and making positive changes. And the final 7 days is all about looking at how you can maintain any positive changes, so that they become part of you, and or, your lifestyle habits.

And then you simply repeat this process over and over again until you have improved all of the individual attributes that require improvement, in each of the main 3 key areas. The more areas/attributes you improve, the more balanced you become, which in-turn helps you to get into your best shape. And no, this program is not about trying to do, or fit lots of extra things on top of your already busy and possibly even overloaded schedule. Instead, H360 is about making small CHANGES to what, or how you’re doing things, which all add up and enable you to achieve balance and get into your best shape.
